I had an emergency hysterectomy in July 2017, in addition to kidney & bladder damage. After fully physically recovering about 8 months afterwards, my hair struggles begin. By 2020 my hair would shed greatly, and relaxers would no longer take in my hair. So I began my natural journey. My scalp is very sensitive, and doesn’t retain moisture easily. I’ve tried micro-needling, (which revealed I still have blood flow in the balding areas & edges) but I couldn’t use the topical products which were recommended… Too strong and would sting), I’ve tried so many other different hair growth products but hadn’t found one to give me a sense of relief.. although I’ve only been using Rennora Hair Growth for 1 month, it makes my scalp feel healthy, and I’ve seen some light hair growth in my problem areas. I like the idea of the product. Unfortunately I am not impressed with the customer service I ordered the product on 8/16 and I still haven't received the product. It took 2 weeks to process the order. I sent you an email to cancel the order and I received a response to my email 3 days later when the product was allegedly shipped. This may be an isolated incident but it is happening.

So I don't see any difference in my hair. I'm not sure why people are going on saying that it works when, in fact, it doesn't. This is just another way for people like myself to spend hard earned money that most of us really don't have but really trying to trust the people or person that is selling this that we can trust that it will work. I don't know where they are finding the people to tell a lie. That is so wrong. I'm on a fixed income and looked at the views and was really hoping that it was real, but in fact, it's not. Just another disappointment and money we all don't have to waste. I really would like my money back for this. Please, if there's anyone reading this, it's not real, just someone trying to make money off of us. I'm very upset . I've been trying to find someone out here besides surgery to see how I can get my hair to come back in. Well, there isn't anyone out here that is selling anything like serum or oils. It just doesn't work, just surgery that's our best bet

I am about to order my second bottle and I'm sure when I finish that one you probably will not be able to tell there was ever any bald spot anywhere. When I sent my daughter the latest picture she said she couldn't really tell that it was a previous bald spot and that it looked like that was the way I parted my hair.
